Our reports are in pdf format and do require the Adobe Acrobat Reader 3.0 or above to read. This software is free off the internet and there are many links to it throughout this site. It has been tested using Netscape and Explorer and worked well.
2. We cannot be responsible for any difficulties a user might have in trying to retrieve these files because we know they have been set up correctly and are retrievable.
